Our help desk is the first point of contact between the organization and the community, and where the customers turn to when they have questions and need answers. The help desk works as a tunnel, guiding the customers toward the right person for information in order to work more efficiently.

This is the area responsible for registrations of IBiSA’s events and external events that we partner with.
